Communicate in the same media as your client original Lead for high ROI





When a lead comes in, make sure you respond to the lead in the same original channel you received it.



For example, if a motivated home seller Text/sms you on your cell phone, DONOT pickup the phone and call them, but rather, text/sms them back to build rapport and than call them for the closing!
