Top Negotiation mistake real estate Investor make with Motivated Sellers.







The idea not using Neutral-words, and the idea of separation of you and the seller, will kill your deal when it comes to negating with a motivated home seller, as real estate investor, and getting the deal to profit.



Must of my real estate students, want to debate or try to convince the seller that he/she is wrong.  



Even tho the seller maybe wrong, we do not want to make the seller feel like we are not on the same side as the seller or we will not get the deal.



The key tip for success in a negations with a house seller is not about being right.  Its about making the house seller like you and feel like you are the authority and they can trust you.    The way to have them trust you, you must care and truly come up with "win-win" situations where both you guys win.
